REFRIGERATE
Refrigerate for a minimum of 24 hours after receiving your sea moss gel. It will return to its gel-like state. Even in its liquid form, the benefits of sea moss do not change.

SHELF LIFE
The shelf life of The SMG Lady Sea Moss Gel is 3-4 weeks in the fridge from the date of shipment. You can also freeze the gel for up to one year.

Recommended daily serving is two tablespoons.

HOW TO USE
Sea moss can be consumed in a variety of ways:

Add to your prepared foods, smoothies, use in soups/gravy, as a thickening agent, egg replacement for a “binder”, oatmeal, yogurt, or eat it right off the spoon!

You can also mix it with your favorite juice or beverage. Don’t be afraid to be creative!

Gel can also be used as a skin moisturizer and anti-irritant. Apply to your face or problem areas, leave it for 15-30 mins and rinse for an awesome facial or soothing skin treatment.

It’s great as a soothing bath soak and even hair conditioner.
